Worked with the most senior client/user management in establishing the contribution that ASQAnet (Online System) can make to business objectives, defining strategies, drawing up requirements specifications, conducting feasibility studies, producing high level and detailed models, overseeing development and implementing solutions, taking into account as necessary any safety related implications of systems considered. Allocated tasks within this area to more junior analysis staff as required and takes full responsibility for their work. Developed and improvised the core business systems that supported ASQA’s primary services and functions relating to the registration and regulation of registered training organisations, registered providers and the accreditation of courses. Provided operational and strategic advice on core ASQA functions and services including but not limited to: privacy, complaints, CRICOS, FOI, course accreditation, managing and maintaining records, project control & management, and project coordination. Directed and managed project development from beginning to end, Defined project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Developed full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicated project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaised with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimated the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Drafted and submitted budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Delegated tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Coached, mentored, motivated and supervised project team members and contractors, and influenced them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Conducted project post mortems and created a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
