Method

How a finding becomes defensible.

Every engagement runs the same five stages. Judgements are documented transparently, evidence is mapped to each unit of competency, and corrective actions are tracked to close-out.

  1. I

    Scope

The applicable regulatory requirements and the provider's objectives are defined in writing, with independence and conflict declarations.

  2. II

    Gather

Systematic evidence collection across learner files, systems, trainers, assessment tools and governance records.

  3. III

    Analyse

Evidence is mapped to each training product and unit of competency and tested against the relevant Standards.

  4. IV

    Report

Clear, actionable reporting with prioritised, practical recommendations and transparently documented judgements.

  5. V

    Close out

Corrective and preventive actions are agreed, tracked and verified to close-out rather than left as a list.
