It is my pleasure to write on behalf of Mr. Sukhjinder S Sandhu (Sukh Sandhu) who has assisted us to set up the eye camp with the help of the other volunteers and camp members, which aims to initially screen 1500 people for signs of mature cataract and provide treatment that they would otherwise not afford. His duties and responsibilities during the eye camp also included marketing the campaign, communication with all the patients and their family members, providing assistance to all the patients who were either coming out of the operating theatre or were waiting to go in, and entering the vital records of the patients in our computer database. We feel assured that Sukhjinder has a genial temperament and can efficiently work in a team. His sense of responsibility, maturity beyond his age in dealing with people, understanding with other camp members makes him universally acceptable as he gets along quite well with all. As (General Manager Operations and Compliance, Zee Computer Education - ZED), I am pleased to recommend (Mr. Sukh Sandhu) to you. (Mr. Sukh) has been a key player in our (Operations, Compliance and Training Development Team), and in that capacity he has worked closely with me on more than 12 different Projects. I highly recommend Sukh Sandhu as a candidate for employment. Sukh was employed by MIT as an Administrative Officer position. Sukh has excellent communication skills. In addition, he is organized, reliable and computer literate. Sukh can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. I have been associated with Sukh for many occasions/projects during his stay at Gowrie Victoria. I had the pleasure of working with Sukh at ICTM. I always found him to be a very knowledgeable and hands on individual who was always ready to help others out. I was student in the University of Ballart while Sukh was lecturer there; I had to consider a lot, before I start writing for Sukh, because space is too small for me to write testimonial for a person like Sukh. Sukh is a gifted instructor and highly knowledgeable in his field of training and business administration. I have been linked with Sukh in many instances. During my studies, I found he was a very vigorous personality, keen to learn everything for knowledge and his helpful nature made him stand out of crowd. I have been very fortunate to have Sukh Sandu as my manager of the VET Programs I delivered at UIT. His wealth of knowledge and experience in this sector, ESOS and quality management, facilitated the smooth running of the programs and team I was involved with. I met Sukh this year as a client of my business. Sukh is a delightful gentleman, and was very easy to deal with: prompt, respectful and a good communicator. I worked with Sukh for a number of months during my time at The Malka Group.
